Miami, Florida — The FBI recently charged a 72-year-old man for fraudulent health insurance claims. It looks like Mr. Richard Montgomery took Blue Cross of Florida for nearly 800,000. His crime will not go unpunished. He was sentenced to 51 months in prison this afternoon.
